Welcome to LenderTechnologies.com. These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") are provided by Lender Technologies, Inc. (LTC), a District of Columbia corporation, located at 1919 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20006. These Terms of Use will govern your use of www.LenderTechnologies.com (the “LenderTechnologies Web Site”), to access, except as expressly set forth herein, all the audio and visual information, documents, text, and software contained or made available to you on or through access to the LenderTechnologies Web Site ("Content") provided by LTC.

1. Use of the LenderTechnologies Web Site Constitutes Acceptance. This Agreement will constitute a binding and enforceable agreement between you (defined in 1.1) and LTC. By using the LenderTechnologies Web Site to access the Content, you acknowledge and agree that you have fully read and agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement, exactly as if it were printed on paper and signed by you. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, then you must immediately stop using the LenderTechnologies Web Site.

Although the process for purchasing any Product or Service may require you to "click-through" or otherwise affirmatively agree to another Agreement, this Agreement is binding on you by your use of or access to the Content, regardless of whether or not you choose to purchase any service through the LenderTechnologies Web Site, including but not limited to the specific edition of LenderTechnologies’ job board and postings, or other products or services identified during the ordering process, developed, operated, and maintained by LenderTechnologies, accessible via www.LenderTechnologies.com or another designated Web site or IP address, or ancillary services rendered to you by LenderTechnologies, to which you are being granted access under this Agreement, including the LenderTechnologies Technology and the Content.

1.1 Business or Employment Use. When you access or use the Content in the course of your employment or business, you enter into this Agreement both on your own behalf and in your individual capacity as an employee, officer, agent, partner, etc. of such organization which you represent, and references in this Agreement to "you" shall mean both you as the individual user of the Web Site or Service and you in your capacity as a representative of your organization.

1.2 Changes to this Agreement. LTC may remove, amend or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time, but, if it does so, LTC will notify you by posting such changes on the LenderTechnologies Web Site, www.LenderTechnologies.com before they become effective.

2. Disclaimer No Legal Advice. LTC is sponsoring the LenderTechnologies Web Site (Content) and the Programs and Services for general informational purposes only. You agree that the LenderTechnologies Web Site offers the Content as products and resources to advance technology and information solutions, products and services for the real estate lending marketplace, and to contribute to the continued growth, expansion, and diversity of the lending marketplace as a whole.

3. Risks of Doing Business on the Internet. You acknowledge and agree that electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins and that, notwithstanding the efforts of LTC to implement reasonable security precautions, LTC does not guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place. You agree to follow all access and security procedures provided by, from time to time, and will not attempt, nor will you aid or abet any other person in any attempt, to circumvent or otherwise interfere in any way with any security precautions or measures of LTC.
